Personal History

Serhan was raised in Southampton by his English mother and Turkish father (which explains his name) and spent the majority of his educational and working life on the South Coast.

Serhan attended local state schools in Southampton before studying law for his undergraduate degree.

Professional History

Serhan was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in March 2018 and has been working in civil litigation since 2015.

Clients have come to rely upon Serhan’s clear explanation of the law and his firm approach as a litigator in moving disputes towards a resolution.

Each case is unique and as such, Serhan tailors his approach as litigator to the case at hand.

Serhan has built various contacts amongst barristers for representation at hearing as necessary but also conducts advocacy work himself. This gives clients a range of options depending on the case itself.

Hobbies

Outside of the law, Serhan has discovered a love of hiking large mountains. This was prompted by a charity hike to Kilimanjaro in which Serhan raised £10,000 for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and successfully summited the mountain!

Serhan also loves bears.
